    Waste of money joining this health care club. Can never get in to see a doctor and very rude staff at front counter. Better off seeing a normal gp at least you can see someone on the day you are sick and not a week later when you are better.

    Only downside is its really busy. Easy to see why though, my family and I have had really good care from the doctors, especially Dr. Dinesh.

    Both receptionists are so rude and dismissive over the phone and face to face that I dread phoning up for appointments. The only reason I still go is here is because it is so close to where I live

    Very helpful front counter staff, great doctors and overall a very pleasant experience.

    One rude stuff at front desk, one pompous doctor and some good doctors. The locams are the best here. Hard to get an appointment.
